Shipping

Once the payment is received, the shipment will be made and you will receive by email the tracking number with which you can locate at all times where your order is.

All products are shipped through CORREOS.

All shipments are made every Tuesday of the week.

Shipments to the peninsula take about 2 working days from Tuesday.

Shipping to the Islands may be delayed due to customs issues.

International deliveries usually take 5 to 10 business days from shipment, depending on your location or customs delays.

Buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges or items not received due to incorrect address. Buyer will be responsible for any applicable taxes or customs fees.

Custom orders

If the product you want or the size you are looking for is not available, email me at info@kapalilua.eus and I will inform you of the possibilities and timescales.

Prizing

Kapalilua reserves the right to modify the prices of the online store at any time, the products will be invoiced on the price of the rates in force at the time of validation of your order.
The prices of the products are in euros including VAT. Transport costs will be added to the final price at the end of the purchase process.

Shipping costs:
Spain – 6,5 euros
Europe – 15 euros
Rest of the world – 25 euros

Bank transfer

Shipping costs will be free of charge from 175 euros of purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns: You can make the return as long as the product is intact, unused and unwashed and with the tags and the original packaging, within 14 days of receipt of the order.

Order Errors or Defects: If you receive an incorrect or defective item, Kapalilua will be responsible for the cost of the return and shipping charges.

Size or product exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for another one or for a different size, you can do so within 15 days after receiving it. Products must be returned in their original condition, with tags intact and original packaging.

The shipping costs for the exchange will be paid by the customer, unless the product arrived defective or there was an error in the shipment. In this case the new product will be sent at no additional cost.

Cancellation of personalized or reserved orders: If you ordered a personalized or reserved product and decide to cancel it before it has been shipped, you will be refunded the total amount minus 10% for the customization of the product.

To make the refund please write me at info@kapalilua.eus indicating ‘return’ in the subject or directly through the form below.

REMEMBER: Keep the original packaging to be able to make the return without problems.
